Peripheral branches shortened or removed by up to 1m (over the road and away from Mill House), in a uniform and systematic manner, whilst preserving as natural a crown shape as possible; the branches which are to be shortened shall be cut back to suitably positioned and appropriately sized side shoots, retaining sufficient foliage bearing growth to sustain the parent branch. Pruning back to the same cut points to be repeated on a cyclical basis as required.
