Two new windows & openings in the southern and northern gables beneath new concrete lintels faced with reclaimed oak and welsh arches in brick on north elevation. Removal of corrugated iron sheeting from northern gable and form new brick gable and verge. Alterations to lining of doorway and removal of new half glazed door, removal of brick packing, new brickwork, softwood lintel and brickwork to original bonding and coursing. Clad eastern common brick wall with cedar shiplap boarding, removal of render from gable end wall, modern window and decayed bonding timbers. Installation of cedar boarding cladding to eastern wall. Rebuild shared boundary wall between 25 and 27. |
