Replacement of all wooden casement windows with new hardwood handmade casement windows. New glass to be ultra thin double glazing 11mm using conservation glass on the outside with white spacing and safety glass on the inside. Relocate existing back door to original position replacing it with an oak door. New metal gates to front of property set 6 meters in from pavement in the style of estate fencing. Reinstate small window to front of property positioned on the first floor landing. New conservation window on landing at the top of the first floor flight of stairs. Fitting en-suite to bathroom to room off main bedroom located in the centre of the house. .
