Cherry (T1) - Reduce height of Cherry tree 1.5m and reduce lateral branches to balance shape. Pear (T2) - Remove Pear tree to just above ground level. Magnolia (T3) - Reduce height of Magnolia tree by 1.5m and reduce lateral branches to balance shape. Ash (T4) - Remove middle Ash tree to just above ground level - this tree has extensive basal decay. Ash (T5) - Remove right-hand Ash tree to just above ground level - this tree has previously been reduced and is an unattractive tree which substantially overhangs the neighbouring property
