Replacement of the gutter and down pipes to the 'Chapel' and 'Old School Room'. The existing cast iron gutters and down pipes are undersized and are in poor condition. We are proposing to replace them with new cast iron of the same shape but slightly larger to ensure they adequately take away surface water.
