The existing plans do not allow for a sufficient angle to the roof for the sky lights. Therefore proposing to add a nib to the right hand side of the roof to follow the current angle of the existing house roof. This will allow for a higher pitch to the roof. Thus meeting building control requirements for the sky lights. In relation to approved application 2014/0993/FUL.
