Loft extension with two dormers and a transformation of rear hipped roof into a gable roof. A wider dormer at the front of the bungalow will be for a master bedroom which opens up to a terrace and overlooks the main front garden. A second smaller dormer at the rear side will connect with the master bedroom. A gable roof is proposed to replace the current hipped roof at the rear end of the property to maximise the habitable space for a second bedroom at the first floor with full height glazing.
