2016/0850/PTA | 3 No. Sycamore trees (T1, T2, T3) - remove to ground level. The bases of stems T1 and T2 are historically fire-damaged pre-disposing them to colonisation by fungal decay pathogens, and preventing them from putting on adaptive growth of tissues in those damaged areas thus precluding them from a long and safe life. T1 and T3 overhang the garden at the property, cast shade over large parts of it and often prevent reasonable enjoyment of the garden and swimming pool. | 5 The Vale Oakham Rutland LE15 6JQ Decision: Application Withdrawn
