Completely internally refurbish No. 25 & 27 High Street, Oakham and to link them internal to create one continuous retail sales area. The proposed link is to be created by making an opening of 2.75m wide by 2.5m high between the buildings. It is proposed that the aluminium shop fronts to both No. 25 & 27 be replaced with moulded timber shop fronts, more in keeping with the street scene of Oakham.
