If there are repeat code descriptions in this list it is because of the way that some appeal types have been made legacy in the back office system or because an appeal type may have been consolidated from multiple sources e.g. Local Authorities combining which formerly used different back office codes for the same appeal type, but they are all presented in this list for completeness and are differentiated by their codes. You can, however, select multiple appeal types in your search to capture all of them in one search, avoiding repeat searches for the same appeal type.
